This organisation help to arrange Visas, jobs, internship placements, travel planning, accommodation and more for young people looking to  find internships abroad, have a working holiday abroad or work in Summer camps in the USA. See their website for more information. 

JENZA
JENZA is the joint venture of BUNAC and USIT – two leaders of the working holiday world. Better World- GAP Year Opportunity

Better World is organised by the NCZMS (New Zealand Church Missionary Society). The goal is to give students the opportunity to work voluntarily overseas in areas of social justice. Better World has the vision of equipping a whole generation of young people to reach into the suffering in the world and bring live the teachings of the gospel of Christ. CCUSA USA and Canada programmes
These offers are open to students who are 18 and over as of 1 June of each year. The program runs from June to September (Northern Hemisphere summer).  Kiwis are always in high demand to work as camp counsellors/leaders at the 1000+ camps that CCUSA work with across the USA and Canada. This program can be done, before, during or after Uni/Tech/High School. Work Experience USA allows students to work in the USA at ski resorts such as Aspen or the many Vail resorts. The jobs are in hospitality and retail as well as on the mountains for those who are good skiers/snowboarders.

American Summers

This organisation also helps to organise summer camps jobs in the USA, Their placement process allows students to be actively involved with the placement by matching skills, experience and personality to the type of camp.

 Projects Abroad

Not really a GAP year- Projects Abroad organise short term overseas service trips for 15-18 year old high school students to many countries. The trips are in many different countries and you work in either care and community, building, conservation or medicine. See their website for more information. These usually run in the mid-year break or over our Summer.
