Congratulations to Jovita in Year 8 on being awarded the International Dance Teachers' Association Scholarship. This is given to a student who obtains the highest examination mark in New Zealand and who shows great potential. Jovita is a student with Jennifer Evans here at Marsden.

Joyce Chan on making the Regional Finals in the Chamber music contest this year.
Louisa Boyer for gaining 3rd place in the NZFC choral composition competition.

Congratulations to Georgia in Year 12 who will be playing the lead role of Carmen in Porirua Little Theatre's upcoming production of Fame Jnr in Aprilwhich means she gets to sing the iconic song!
Luca and Grace in Year 12 are currently performing in Robyn Hood and her Merry Gals with the Khandallah Arts Theatre.

Marsden students from the Jennifer Evans Dance Academy received some fantastic examination results!
Millicent Hiku passed her Advanced 1 Ballet with Distinction, her contemporary exam with Honours and her jazz exam with Honours.

Piper Taylor passed her Intermediate exam with Distinction, her contemporary exam with Honours and her jazz and tap exams with Honours

Lizzie McLay passed Advanced 1 ballet with Distinction. 

Jovita Mao has been awarded the New Zealand International Dance Teachers' Association scholarship for 2023.
