2023 Artsplash Festival

Wellington's annual Artsplash Festival is New Zealand's largest student arts festival, where students from over 100 schools from around the region come together to perform at the Michael Fowler Centre. Marsden's Year 5 and 6 Primary students and a group of our Year 7 and 8s have been working hard on the set group of pieces, including songs from Wicked the Musical, te reo songs Ukaipo by Six60 and E Poi, and a New Zealand Sign Language version of Count on Me by Bruno Mars. They joined the other schools in their group on stage for their rehearsal this morning, along with soloists, an amazing ukulele group and NZSL signers, in preparation for their concert this evening.
