Year 7s tackle EPro8 engineering challenges in Science
Thursday, 8 May 2025

Our Year 7 students have kicked off the term with creativity, collaboration and a lot of hands-on problem-solving as they dive into the EPro8 Challenge during Science.

This exciting engineering-based programme encourages students to design, build, and troubleshoot real-world solutions using pulleys, gears, motors, and more. It's been fantastic to see the buzz in the room as teams work together to bring their imaginative structures to life—while learning the principles of physics and engineering along the way.

In preparation for the EPro8 competition rounds, which will begin with our internal event at the end of Term 3, students have been getting hands-on experience with the equipment.
