Marsden's first Parents and Friends event for 2025 was a huge success! Held in Te Manawa o te Kura on Thursday 10 April, our Sip & Shop brought the community together for a relaxed evening of pre-loved fashion, live music, complimentary drinks and canapés – all for a great cause. 

Thanks to the generosity of our Marsden whānau, the event raised $500 for Wellington Women's Refuge, with remaining clothing items also donated to support their work. Congratulations to Marsden parent Sarah, who took home the main raffle prize – a beautiful Kathryn Wilson bag and vouchers for Buoy Salon & Spa. Enjoy! 

We are also thrilled to share that the event raised $7,000 to go towards future Parents and Friends' initiatives that support our school and students. 

A huge thank you to Marsden parents Ailsa from Retirement Taylormade for supplying the wine, and Sam from Buoy Salon & Spa for donating raffle items. Thanks also to our amazing Parents and Friends' group for all the hard mahi behind the scenes to make the evening such a fabulous success. We can't wait for the next one!
