Students considering attending university when they leave school should visit this website It has many links to more information about the universities on offer in New Zealand and this link will take you to two downloadable booklets that are very useful. The What to Study and Where booklet is particularly useful for exploring what is on offer so you can compare copurses. Study Spy

Use this link There is a drop down menu at the top to refine your search and set the year. There are many filters you can apply and can use this to just compare New Zealand universities or international ones in different fields. Tertiary Education Course Planning for Year 13 The following universities will be coming to school during lunchtime in Term 1 to introduce their university. See the key dates for when this will be. The major universities you show interest in come again in Term 3 to help those in Year 13 who are planning their first year university course. The Term 1 visits are designed to showcase the degrees and facilities they offer and the Term 3 visits are to answer your questions about how to choose courses for your first year at university, as well as answering any queries about admission and accommodation. Sessions will be held in MH6 at lunchtime. Students can also ask questions or arrange an online meeting with the liaison officers from other universities by email.Auckland The University of Auckland has put together these helpful videos for students considering applying to study with them They have a science scholar programme which offers students early research experience, supportive mentors and other activities throughout the year.
