Eddie Fraser-Hoskin - Lighting Designer - Student from 2000 - 2004

Eddie got involved with theatre lighting while at Marsden, designing and operating for the school productions, and was the Student Head of Technical Drama in 2004. She continued lighting in amateur theatre after finishing school, and completed a Bachelor of Performing Arts Management degree at Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School. Eddie then worked full time in theatre for several years, including arts festivals around Aotearoa, theatre productions, concerts, and large events, such as the Auckland Arts Festival, Evento, New Year's Eve in the Square, and the Royal A&P Show. Eddie now works in her own IT and printing businesses, having learned a great work ethic and a knack for quick problem solving from her time in theatre. She returns to Marsden for the school productions to share her knowledge with current school lighting crews. |
