We invite you to hear from Becky Jones, an experienced registered dietitian with over a decade of work in elite sports. She collaborates with top New Zealand teams across swimming, cricket, underwater hockey, and elite dance. As the founder of The Performance Pantry, Becky is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential through nutrition and overall wellbeing.
This engaging session will explore:
- practical strategies for fuelling the body and mind for performance and everyday life
- how to develop a positive relationship with food, body, and exercise
- navigating common nutrition myths and misinformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights into nutrition and performance.
