• Doors will be open from 7.00pm - 7.15pm. There will be no late entry after this time.
• The student's name will be on a list at the door.
• If a student whose name is on the list does not attend, parents will be contacted (unless the school has been informed of non-attendance in advance).
• Students must respect event organisers and abide by the dance rules.
• For health and safety reasons, students will not be allowed to dance in bare feet.
• Phones, coats, jackets and bags are to be checked in at the coat check and will only be available at the end of the evening.
• The school takes no responsibility for valuable items brought to the dance.
• Security will be undertaken by parents and staff.
• Leaving the venue is not permitted until the dance ends at 9.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the Dean. 
• Any requests for refunds for non-attendance will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
