TIME: 7.30pm - 10.00pm

TICKETS: $75 per person (includes entry plus supper, DJ, photographs and photo booth). After completing our registration form, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway. 

ENTRY: By invitation only. Marsden students are welcome to bring up to two guests.

DRESS: Semi Formal; elegant evening or cocktail dress, or suit or good shirt with collar, and tie, dress trousers and jacket.

TICKET CLOSE OFF: Tickets can be purchased using this form up until 3.30pm Thursday 14 August.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please read carefully

  • Doors close promptly at 8.00pm and latecomers will not be admitted.
  • The student's name (and the name of their guest(s)) will be on a list at the door.
  • If a student whose name is on the list does not attend, parents will be contacted (unless the Dean has been informed of non-attendance in advance).
  • Students must respect event organisers and abide by the semi-formal rules.
  • For health and safety reasons, students will not be allowed to dance in bare feet.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs or pass outs.
  • If students wish to take evening bags into the semi-formal, a check will be made of the contents.
  • Any drugs, alcohol, vapes or cigarettes found will be confiscated and not returned.
  • Coats, jackets and larger bags are to be checked in at the coat check and will only be available at the end of the evening.
  • The school takes no responsibility for valuable items brought to the semi-formal.
  • Security will be undertaken by parents and staff.
  • If a student appears intoxicated, the school reserves the right to breathalyse that student.
  • The school reserves the right to refuse entry if there is a breach of any rule and will request that guests leave if they cause a problem. If this occurs, we will call the nominated parent and request that they collect their daughter and/or their guest, as we are unable to leave the venue. Any person who is excluded from the event is to be released into the care of a parent or adult caregiver. No refund will be given.
  • Leaving the venue is not permitted before 10.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the Dean. If a student insists on leaving, parents will be called and they will take responsibility for their safety.
  • Anyone leaving before the semi-formal finishes will not be readmitted.
  • No social media posts are to be made during the semi-formal.
  • As this is a school event, any photos deemed inappropriate by the photographer or Dean will not be made available to students.
  • Any requests for refunds for non-attendance will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
